I used their hosting and I was highly disappointed with their support services. After I send them several tickets I never received any adequate support from this company. The person who replied to me was Alex Jankuv and it seemed that he had no idea what he is doing. Instead of support I received rude service and this person laughed on me instead of help.
This company is not recommended to anyone!

I am a client of hostnine.com and I purchased their Dedicated package which means I am paying $175 per month. I really expect at least a NORMAL customer service for this kind of money.
I posted a ticket recently regarding a few questions I have about my package and I was treated in the most inadequate and arrogant way I have ever been treated. The guy that answered my ticket simply laughed at me and closed the ticket without even answering claiming basically that my question is stupid.
This is just unacceptable. Avoid these guys at all costs!

I was about to become one of the clients of Hostnine but after a brief encounter with their customer support I changed my mind. All started after my payment was lost so I contacted their customer support and asked for some assistance but it turned out that you have to be extremely patient person in order to deal with that kind of support. I received first reply only next day which I believe is unacceptable in hosting business, this is interned for god sake, things are supposed to be incredibly fast. After getting a feel of their customer support I decided to back off from the deal and canceled my plan because I believe that there is direct dependence between quality of customer support and general quality of the service. Try to avoid Hostnine if you can.
