hotels.com They don't honor their own promotions Dallas, Texas

I used hotels.com for a 5 night hotel reservation. At the same time, they were running a promotion "Stay 5 nights, get $30 back to your credit card". After the stay, I filled the document and send it to some Arlington TX location, as it was stated in that print. I've never received the money, and tried to call several times. Finally, today I was able to speak with somebody from the company, and they're claiming I didn't do the reservation online. Well, I did. They claim i made the reservation by phone. Yeah, I called them to inform I'm going to be one day late because of the snowstorm in Dallas, but still staying 5 nights (original 6 nights). No new reservation number or anything. Phone order... Yeah, right... Never going to use them again, and luckily I'm able to influence our traveling sales people to avoid this company.
