| Got the following scam email from someone who says their name is Michelle Harris. I know it is a scam as I never applied for a position and have no idea who they are nor would I need to as I'm already gainfully employed for good salary in a sales position. Below is the email I received. The email URL @hr-globalinsurancecentre.com was only set up last month by a Timothy Morris. Dump of the domain info at bottom fo this report. Here is the scam/smap email to me. On 12/05/11, Michelle Harris, Hiring Manager wrote: Dear xxxxcc, Thank you for your reply regarding our Data Entry vacancy. I'm sorry to inform you that the position of Data Entry Assistant has been filled. However I am confident that your skills and abilities will be useful and would like to offer you a position of Key Account Manager. You may find more about salary, hours and duties in the files attached. Please download Adobe Reader to view, print and collaborate on PDF files. If you can't open the files, please let us know and we would send you another copies. Summary of application process: 1. Read job document and please e-mail me back with your questions and/or word. 2. The second stage in our recruitment process involves the completion of application form. I will send you our application form, you need to complete and send it back signed via e-mail. 3. We will then contact you by phone within 48 hour period to complete the third stage in our Recruitment process - the Telephone Interview. This telephone screening process will assist our HR Department to assess your suitability as a Key Account Manager. It will also be an opportunity for you to find out more about our company. 4. Following successful completion of the telephone we will ask you to sign our employment agreement. This is the fourth and final stage of our Recruitment process. The stages are simple and you will start working with our company in 2-3 days. Note: Feel free to ask any questions about your job duties and salary. So, now you are at first stage, i.e. please read job description document and respond me back with you questions and/or agree word. My job is to assist you and I will be happy to do the utmost to help you whenever possible. Thank you, Michelle Harris Hiring Manager HR Administrative Operations and Support Department The PDF file contains an interesting job description which clearly is about getting you to get money from people and then forward it out of the country to some scammer. Great way to land in jail for money laundering. It lists their phone #'s and address as follows -however the person the webemail address goes to has only created that website in the last 30 days out of SunnyVale CA. Can't tell if the company Insurance Advice Services LTD is the scammer company or if someone is using their name and logo to perpertrate the fraud. The 1-800 # below goes to some sort of voice directory with an English sounding woman on the recorder.
