This company is a great career choice if you can get into it, but dont expect to be able to speak up or request anything, i worked for one of the divisions in texas the head manager controlled everyone above the laborer's and operator's he was a liar and a thief he steals from the company daily and as far as im concerned he is worthless if you dont agree with something he does or ask then you will get black balled and left in the shop while everyone goes out on jobs, he was turned in to corporate while i was there and they interviewed him but to no avail because they apparently agree with thieves and liars, i quit this company because i completely disagreed with the ethics at this division later i tried to get on with another division through an opening that was offered to me while still employed, to only find out the manager i worked under had me put on a no hire list because i left his division, now i need some paper work from them and i have called 12 times in the last three weeks and still have no answer and have not yet recieved a call back and for some reason the person i need to talk to who is supposed to be in charge is never there
