Huntington Beach Ford screwed me on my regestration huntington beach, California

Good afternoon ,
My name is Robert Quinn. I purchased a pre-owned 2008 Ford F-250 on October 03, 2010 after trading in my old truck from Huntington Beach Ford, Huntingtton beach, CA. I was never told that the california regestration had expired on the Ford on Febuary 28 2010. So when i got the new california tags in the mail they expire Febuary 28, 2011. I paid the full regestration of $748.00 on october 03, 2010 when i bought the truck and now i have to pay the regestration again in febuary, i'm in the military and its hard enough in california because the regestration is so expensive. I don't believe its fair at all that i 'm responsible for the 8 months of back regestration BEFORE i owned the truck. When i contacted the dealer i bascially was told, "oh well", i asked them to reimburse me from Febuary 2010 to october 2010 for the regestration amount when i did not own the truck, they were no help. I bascially wanted to know if there's anything you can help me out with because i was never told that the resgestration expired 8 months prior and that i would be responsible for that, so now in a month and a half i have to pay the regestration again for $712.00, thats really not fair when i just purchased the truck in october. Oh i also contacted Ford Corporate and they told me that they cant do anything because each dealership in individually owned, please help. i dont want anyone else to get takien for a ride on this regestration issue.

I just had a 2011 E-150 foisted-off on me due to salesmen (plural, I was tag-teamed) pressure. I repeatedly asked for the available 2012 E-150. The current trade-in on my 2006 E-350 is $12, 000 +. I was given $7, 000 less $5681 owed, as well as an increase in interest rate, neither of which were disclosed until the signing of the deal, ie., the long yellow rip-off sheet that you are hustled to sign quickly. The Kelley Bluebook of the 2011 E-150, with the current 550 miles on it, is between $19, 399 from individual seller to $21, 899 for a CPO vehicle. The vehicle was sold to me for $26, 955 vehicle cost, $30K+ out-the-door, which represents a loss to me of between $13, 950- $16, 450 in just three months. That is why I wanted the 2012 E-150 because the immediate drop in value wouldn't be so disparate. Even with just vehicle cost numbers alone I lost $5000 on the 'fair' trade-in, they even demanded $1000 cash, plus a further $5056 to $7556 for a total vehicle value loss equaling $10, 056 to $12, 556 in just three months!
They did respond to my initial enraged email, however I have been too ashamed and angry to talk with these 'people' until today. I called Huntington Beach, CA, Ford at 888-865-8796 and asked for the owner's name, which was flat out refused. I asked for the General Manager's name, Oscar with last name refused. The Sales Manager, Phil, no last name either, wanted to field my info, I refused, Phil was part of the team that knowingly shafted me, but did give my name of Tom and with caller ID they can build their case of 'Stupidest-Sucker-of-the-First-Quarter!.(Phil did become hostile before the phone call ended.) I know that this was a stalling tactic so they could pre-arrange their argument of simply 'caveat emptor, ' or in English 'you screwed-up!' I did! I trusted Ford to engender a repeat customer.
I had informed them I am disabled and on a fixed income and couldn't afford a large monthly cost, I was paying $410 so they manipulated the numbers, trade-in + Interest rate, to give me a $420 monthly, the numbers were mashed for their rip-off profit and the hell with their(your) customer. Please help somehow to right this unfair business abuse. My anger is creeping up passed my red line.
