I recently loaded Chief Architect 10 app on my computer. When I run the program, I get alerts that my video card is outdated and I need to download a driver update to get full advantage of the program. I downloaded Medic Driver (for $50) to fix my problem. However, I've tried 8 times to download an update ddriver for my video card, and even though I get the message that the download was successful, it never takes. Everytime, after a download, I run the scan I still get the message my video card is outdated. I've tried everything they suggest to fix my download problem, but it still doesn't update my driver and I still get program alerts that I need to update my video card driver. I've asked for a refund, but they have stopped communicating with me all together. They aren't able to fix the problem I'm having with their program and refuse to refund me what I paid them. They have ripped me off!
