I wish i saw the previous report prior to hiring Cece and her team. Where to start? I contacted Design It Do It to do a very simple website that should not have taken more than 7 days. I also requested a logo. Carrie "Cece" Jones requested i pay a deposit to begin the project. I naturally agreed because this is pretty usual. The problems started after i sent that initial payment. The website looked horrible to say the least as well as the logo. I could have purchased a cheap $9.99 turnkey website and that still would have looked better. She gave me a 2 week deadline and i got the same excuses of "death in the family" so there were "delays" with the "developer". But what was even more irritating was the fact that there were no apologies or comments on how to make the situation better. I have now had to file a dispute with paypal to get my money back after several failed attempts to reach Cece and her team. Also, after having my new designer look at Cece's portfolio, he told me everything on her website & portfolio is a cheap template and can easily be set up by his 15 year old son. Nothing is custom. So in conclusion, just know this: 1) Communicating with this company is useless. None of their phones work and they dont return phone calls or emails 2) she will lie and say anything in the beginning just so you can put a deposit down 3) Utter lack of professionalism STAY AWAY!!
