I won a Gunbroker.com auction, the seller owns a Pawnshop. I sent a payment for $314 in the form of a United States Postal Money Order. After number emails and phonecalls the seller has failed to ship the merchandise. I am waiting for US Postal Money Order Tracking information, but, if he cashed the money order this individual is guilty of Interstate Postal Fraud which is a Federal Crime. The person a Paul Libman, seems to operate in Paul Libman Land totally. Its too bad because the rest of the world does not operate like that. Gunbroker has been very helpful either. I have always wanted to visit Atlanta and will take action in small claims court and try to force the Feds to prosecute this idiot who will then lose his firearms license. I like to collect and this experience has totally soured me.
