He has undertaken protracted negotiations for multi-million dollar "investment" in or "funding" of dozens of companies or projects. He will always have an excuse why these are not finalized. In actuality, he simply wastes time and neither the means nor the inclination to close a deal. He is a private equity psychopath. He boosts millions in private equity but my sources did a background check on his bank accounts at JPMorgan, personal and corporate and he has nothing. Zero. Zilch. Nada. This idiot is a loser & complete waste of time. He will single-handedly destroy your deal - RUN!

Yeah, he got me too. We have been in negotiations on film financing, and he was going to send me his proof of funds from his bank...never got it and wasted precious weeks. What a psycho!

Ian Grier is a bastard, not a financier. He got me too. He said he was going to fund my movie and sent us a pathetic letter stating he had money. Months went by after the funding date. An outrage! The money never came. He's looney. Glad this is being reported. I ceased all communications with this thuggery.

Isn't this a crime? I knew him as Marlon Thomas, but its not surprising he has multiple personalities. He's nuts.

Good thing I have a cousin that works for the SEC, I think I shall give them a chat.
