Beware when buying a home from Avilla Community, Intervest AKA ICI Homes.
They will steal your money with lies and walk away with all your hard working money at the end you have NO HOUSE, and NO MONEY.

Contruction company is the biggest SCAM in Florida.
The top seller ARAMIS RODRIGUEZ in Avilla, is nothing but a lying thief working for such company and abusing people.
