I was contacted via phone by the Vice President of this company, Robert Gregory this past summer of 2011. He eluded to the fact that iLeads.com gets results for their agents, better than any other email lead generating company out there...his claim to fame was #1. only one or two agents receive the "qualified lead," meaning that you don't have several agents working the same lead so your chances of getting an appointment and/or sale is extremely high. Well, this would be great if you could get ahold of anyone! I paid $220 for 10 leads via the phone: credit card given over the phone (which i was leery about anyway). Mr. Gregory NEVER told me that I was going to be put on an "automatic renewal" system where iLeads.com would automatically charge my credit card $220 after they sent me 10 leads (by the way, it took over 5 months to get all 10 leads, which NONE were legitmate or qualified). Have you heard the statement: "These are C-Leads??" Well, I would have to qualify these leads as "F" leads...failing/flunky leads! Since I signed up via phone, I had no idea that exactly 5 months later, I would be seeing another $220 on my credit card statment due! Yes, it was there for November/December to be paid in full. Better yet, I had only received ONE out of the TWO leads they claimed to have emailed me on now Round 2 of this "F" lead system. I not only emailed, but called and knocked on the doors of the leads emailed to me by iLeads.com with NO avail. What a scam! And now, they are going to fight my credit card company to keep the $220 for Round 2!!!! The minute you get a call from iLeads or Robert Gregory, buyer BEWARE....this is a "F" lead generating company, iLeads.com. Don't buy into their marketing scams! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as the State Insurance Department as it really is this bad!!

I am very sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with our company. That said, we do have agreements that all of our clients agree to prior to starting their orders (which includes our policy on renewals). If by any chance you did not sign that agreement, (agreeing to the renewal), I'd be happy to help.
