IMCS Services is a scam. It is not a legit company. I believe it is a private investigator using this company name as a front to obtain information about people. My husband received a call from this Susie Chandler who claims he was the victim of identity theft. What she did not know was that I worked for a bank. She never could tell him what bank this supposed credit card was being run through. She claims that someone just attempted to open an account, yet she could not state which bank. It was interesting how she had to reach him through relatives who had listed phone numbers. It is absurd to think a bank would do so much research to find someone's relatives for an account that was never opened and the bank was not out a single dime. My husband was out of work due to an injury. She kept hounding him for what he did for a living. When he said he was injured she asked questions about his daily activities. He knew something was not right with this call. She said she was going to FedEx him some paperwork and he had to be home to sign for it as the FedEx person would HAVE to see his ID to make sure he was really the right person. The FedEx never came. Then she said she could fax it to a Kinkos which it had to be a Kinkos and not our pwn home. It was obvious she was trying to get him out of the house. We never received any documentation. There were never even any credit inquiries. She gives you a pretty believable story but it is completely bogus. She laughs when you tell her you are contacting the authorities and when they do call her, she never calls them back. There is no business license in ANY state for this IMCS Services. They have no website, no email. They hardly ever answer the phone and when they do, you only get Susie Chandler. Also, banks do not use outside companies for fraud. Every bank has their own fraud department. This company is a complete scam. Don't fall for it.
