We went to Wanda, President of Improve Credit, LLC in Charlotte, NC with a credit reporting issue. We asked her if she could fix the problem. She looked my wife and I in the face and told us that what a bank was doing to us was illegal and she would fix the problem. She took our money during the height of the recession, money that we could not waste to afford. She called them twice and sent a letter or two which produced nothing. She then told us that she had did all that she could do and "Best Regards." She did nothing but changed a few address and contact information discrepencies. My wife's credit score actually went down during all of this. We complained to her, but to no avail. We could have done this ourselves and saved about thousand dollars. We are disgusted by this behavior. Please, do not do business with this company or Wanda.

This complaint is so false. I hired Improve Credit LLC and they helped me and my family. Don't listen to false information like this. You can go online and research them and find more testimonials than any other company out there. Sorry, folks but this complaint is untrue!

I agree with the original poster. It is a scam. We're fortunate we walked away, raised our own credit and bought our home. She does nothing you can't do yourself. Seems like all her positive reviews are her friends and family.
