Took vehicle to IMZZ Industries and was required to give a deposit. They never touched the vehicle and forced us to have police help retrieve it. Trying to say deposit are non-refundable? They never even touched vehicle. The other complaintant is correct, there are vehicles there in the smae condition for months. Met another consumer there who claimed IMZZ has had his vehicle for 4 years, not to mention his $18,000. If anyone needs me to testify in court I will! My # is 951-xxx-xxxx, Jeff or Kim S . If a class action lawsuit is agreeable Let's get this guy!

Hows your class action lawsuit going, I see you have yet to get anyone to chime in with you!! Looks like the issue was you and not IMZZ. Your poor attitude and crazy tactics did not gain you anything, if you would have acted in a professional matter as we did you could have already been behind the wheel of one of our top quality creations. We strive to be the best in the industry and will continue to do so and service our customers to 100 percent of our ability. After dealing with you and a few other customers over the last 15 years of buisness i have learned that you cannot make everyone happy and some people are just impossible to deal with or make happy, but we will still strive to resolve any issues and make all customers part of our happy IMZZ family, we are sorry you could not be one of them. But with the success rate we currently have of pleasing our customers I could not be happier with our operation and my staff for all we have acheived.

I agree, IMZZ is a scumbag. Read all the the scam and ripoff reports, investigations going on about him, not to mention the "F" rating they have from the BBB. They ripped our shop off for parts they never paid for, bounced a check for the parts they did, and then closed the doors with more of our customers parts inside, never to be seen again. Last I heard, filing BK. Consumers beware!!!
