Independent Finance Center Miguel Mardueno BK Ripoff Artist Upland, California

I was losing a property to foreclosure and went to Independent Finance Center to meet with Miguel Mardueno who said he could file a Corporate BK to stop the foreclosure. I wanted to do this because I had $100,000.00 of equity and I wanted time to sell it. I was told to bring $2500 cash only. My wife and Igave Miguelmy money and had me sign paper work transfering my property toanother Corporation. He even had a notary there to back date my signature because he said that was the way it had to be.

Nobody in the office gave us receipts or anything to outline what they were going to do. I just trusted them. Well, my property foreclosure was not stopped and I lost my $100,000. After calling numerous times to find out what was going on and threatening to sue. Miguel responded by saying you were never here and never paid me any money - just a flat out lie. We not only lost the property but also an additional $2500. I am going to sue and I am alsowant to report him to the state bar, DRE and anybody else that will listen. If anybody has a suggestion please let me know.
