When we bought our new house I thought it a good idea to get the vents cleaned. Saw these guys advertised in the Clipper - $39.95 seems like a good deal to get the vents cleaned. When they arrived they barley spoke English and I was very nervous having them move through my house without being able to watch them both at the same time. They did not remove any vents from the wall or floor and all they did was use a compression hose to blow dirt and dust everywhere. Tried to tell me that I needed access holes cut into my ducts for better access. For real - at a cost of $600! Before they started making their mess - they had me sign the paperwork for what they were about to do and before I knew it my cost was at $159. If I did not tell them to stop and leave I'm sure they would have continued to press me for more services at an additional cost. They kept lowering their estimates and finally said if I could pay them with cash it could be done for $250. Bottom line - these guys were scam artists and had I researched them before it was to late I wouldn't be writing this - you can't dispute this on your charge card either because you signed the paperwork before they began working on your home. PLEASE DONT USE THESE GUYS -
