Looked for less expensive ipod nano's for our kids birthday gift. ordered online, no confirming email from the company, no shipping info, but they did charge my credit card. Items arrived in a damaged case with no shipment order information or return information. They also do not work! There is no way to contact this company. Airbill is in chinese. Saw another post that was scammed just the week before us. I am disputing through my credit card company an pray that we can get our $219 back. Beware of cheap ipods online.

Same thing happened to us!!
I work in the school system in Jefferson County, Kentucky. We have a Chinese lady who teaches Chinese at one of our schools who translated the Chinese address for Inhandbagssales for us.

Here it is!

Their phone number listed on our shipping invoice was 54177929. A name given for contact on the shipping invoice was Fan yihai.

That is probably the salesman's name, who may not even work there anymore. And of course the phone number might have been changed, too.

We were able to mail our counterfeit nano ipod back to this address successfully through USPS registered mail, and our credit card company has issued us a full refund. Hope you are also able to do this.

Also, their internet site is

but it is in Chinese of course.

We took the "ipod" they sent us to the apple store in our city, and we took a picture of a real ipod and their fake ipod side by side, which we also sent to the credit card company as further proof of our claim.

I hope this info gets out there to the many who have been scammed.
