INJUNCTION DIRECT AVOID THIS COMPANY. I PAID 387 IN JUNE 2010 AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE INJUNCTION FORMS. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID FORMS WERE

I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE INJUNCTION DIRECT I PAID 387 TO THEM IN JUNE 2010 FOR HELP WITH A NUISANCE NEIGHBOUR. I KEPT TELEPHONING THEM ASKING FOR THE INJUNCTION FORMS THEY KEPT SAYING THAT THEY WERE IN THE POST; THEY NEVER ARRIVED. I WROTE TO THEM COMPLAINING OF THIS MATTER; THEY REPLIED CLAIMING I HAD CANCELLED THE FORMS!! THIS I WENT BALISTIC AT THEM AND TOLD THEM THIS WAS NOT THE CASE I HAD REPEATEDLY ASKED FOR THE FORMS!! THEY ARE NOW REFUSING TO GRANT ME A REFUND AND I HAVE NOW LOST 387 AND AM IN OTHER PROBLEMS BECAUSE FORMS NEVER ARRIVED. I AM VERY ANGRY THAT THEY ARE CLAIMING I HAD CANCELLED THE FORMS IN ORDER TO GET OUT OF PAYING SOMEONE THERE MONEY BACK; I THINK THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND NOT ALLOWED TO TRADE FOR RIPPING OFF VULNERABLE CUSTOMERS.
