TEXAS and or any other State in the Union -- Victims of missing persons, victims of violant crime, lost / recovery....if you were helped by the use of a Scent Dog -- Please Help.. Jeff Blackburn - Chief Counsel of the Texas Innocence Project is launching a slanderous campaign to halt the use of these tools. Mr. Blackburn is going so far as to suggest any law enforcement agency that uses these tools should never receive any form of grant money.


Mr. Blackburn is giving an opinion calling this Junk Science. Mr. Blackburn has not produced his expertise on this subject. Mr. Blackburn has entered testimony in several cases in Texas (Victoria, just to name one) with OUT PROOF.


Mr. Blackburn is quickly becoming a very wealthy man by spouting these slandourous - NON Proven, biased opinions. Mr. Blackburn is twisting the use of A tool, giving "grossly misleading" reports to the courts. Convictions are not based on ONE tool.


The problems in labs, Mr. Blackburn admits - is not the outcome of tests or the results of tests or the science but rather it has been proven that the HUMAN PERSON did not do their job correctly.


VICTIMS -- HELP STOP THIS GREEDY LIAR.
