Insight Property Inspection Paid for services not rendered. One Box refuses refund Portland, Oregon

My company paid One Box Listings for services not provided. They told me they had new technology that would be able to put a video of my company on the first pages of Google, Yahoo, and Bing for $99/mo. Four months and $495 later there still is no video or even my company name on the first 5 pages of any of these search engines. This is even using the exact key words used in their log for setting up the account. Only after insisting on cancellation and refund of my account have they provided a log of work done on my account. I can see that they have indeed done work on my account but I still don't show up in the search engines and those are the services sold to me. In the log was a link to the video they created. This is the only way I have ever even seen the video is by them sending it directly to me. Even if you type my company name directly into the search engines there is still no video to be seen. Anyone can verify this by searching for my company name. You can verify that I'm a real company by simply calling the phone number and having a conversation with me. If you have done business with this company in the past and have been a victim PLEASE DO call me. If you're thinking of doing business with this company then good for you for doing your research. You might also be interested to know that One Box even refuses to cancel my account so that payment is automatically deducted from my account. I've had to fill out paperwork with the bank stating that One Box is a fraudulent company and to reject any charges that may come through.
