instaflex.com
instaflex.com lumiday.com/ and probably othera Charge your credit card, Keeps Credit Card info and makes charges with out your knowledge Internet

I ordered a sample of Instaflex based on an advertisement that I saw somewhere. I apparently went on-line and ordered a sample for about $15.00. Unknown to me 6 additional orders were sent to me and because of the size of the packages the post office held these packages to one side.

I should have been watching my credit card statements more closely, but I make some charges and my wife makes some others and every month they get paid by one of us and neither of us catches it. Their business model must have this factored in.

Next thing I realize is that we have paid them many hundreds of dollars. (6 x $74.99 to be exact plus the cost of the non-working sample) I filed a dispute with my credit card company and they were only able to get me 4 of the 6 credits of $74.99.

I realize that some of my problem is my own doing, however it would appear that this company's business model is to hide behind the many corporate names and sell health products in an entirely unregulated industry to one of the most vulnerable portion of society.

I wrote to GNC tonight because apparently you can buy this stuff from them as well as buying it direct. You would think that they would check they companies out better before letting them put product on their shelves.

For all I know GNC or someone like them owns this company, but if the big corporate types are subsidizing these companies you have the advantage of voting with your wallet. They could care less about you health or comfort and only about your credit cards. They can only exist with our money. Do Not Give Them Any Money

Just sitting at my computer I was able to see their facility in Murray, Utah which appears to be a company that appears destroy documents (RECALL Co.? )

The bottom line is these people are scamming people. When you have pain you will pay any price for relief. For some people any price might be all they have.

These companies hide behind corporate shields because the identities of the principles is probably too compromising. I have had my own business for over thirty years nobody has ever had any trouble findingme as the owner. Then again I don't scam old people so I do not not get these kind of calls.

Please be careful when purchasing anything on the internet. These companies exist because they know you are in pain. If you put up much of a fight they will stonewall you until you go away or die. They know the odds and they play them.

Write your legislators and ask (no demand them) them to make all of these internet based companies be forced to register with the secretary of state in each state they want to do business. They know it is hard for you as an individual to bring them into court.

With just a few minutes of investigation on the internet I was able to determine that this company is not who or what they represent themselves to be. I should have been more careful. I now urge you to be more careful than I was.

Please Do not Give These Companies Any Business
