Aaron R Kirk, owner of Integra Universal has failed to pay debts to many bus companies across the nation. He has been contacted by certified letter to remove pictures of equipment (buses) that he does not own, nor does he have permission to use pictures of. Buses shown on his website belong to many companies across the nation. Integra is a broker of services and has failed to pay several vendors for services provided. These companies include Coach Quarters, Diamond Coach, Kool Komfort, Four Seasons, Road Rebel Entertainment and more.

Integra Universal and Integra Aviation are both owned and operated by Aaron R Kirk, formerly known as Aaron M Kirk. He represents that he owns and leases Buses, Planes, Limos and passenger coaches. The company has no assets and owns no vehicles.
