Integrity Financial Team Karen Di Valerio Commercial Mortgage Fraud - Bad Debt, Unpaid Bill Internet

Karen DiValerio on behalf of her company, Integrity Financial Team contracted to obtain commercial title work for a property located in Flushing NY. After two years I have been unable to collect for services rendered. Upon examination of the Mortgage broker licensing it was revealed that Karen is not licensed in NY. Furthermore it appears she has left a string of unpaid debt from Florida, to Arizona and Colorado. Karen claims she is taking out loans to pay debt and make good on the fees incurred for the services rendered but in two+ years she has never made good on her promises. Karen claims she has attorney representation and has been contacted by the FBI however she has never provided the contact information for the same. Karen's bills are outstanding in excess of $3,600.00.

She scammed 10-20 iinvestors out of more than $100, 000 in North Carolina. There must be at least 25 investors that lost money with her. She is also involved with another convicted criminal Gene Parrish in Utah who received part of the money and has served time for fraud in the past. Hope she serves sometime. If she was contacted by the FBI she would already be in jail.
