I contacted ipay.eu which is under many different domains and part of Intercard Services Ad (ipay.eu / ipay.bg / icard.com/ icard.bg /icards.eu) approximately 2 weeks ago. I informed them of a MASSIVE security breach in their system which exposed ALL credit cards and PINs. I messaged them with evidence of the breach and have informed them that they have been HACKED. All users credit cards are exposed and able to be (and are currently being) used for fraud. They admitted there was a breach but believe that it is closed even though I have specifically told them it is not. I have provided plenty of proof that they have been hacked, yet they do not listen to reason and will not take it seriously enough to solve the problem. If you are looking for a credit card LOOK ELSEWHERE! If you open an account here you will be hacked and they do not care at all. I wouldn't be surprised if they don't even refund you. I WILL UPDATE THIS IF THEY DECIDE TO TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY AND FIX THEIR SECURITY HOLE!
