This company called me one day with claims that I was going to be taken to court over some 5 year old debt that I had already paid. Also, they continued to call me multiple times a day. I did file a police report. DO NOT give any information. Do NOT claim the debt of which they are speaking. ASK FOR A COPY of original documentation linking you to the debt. They will not be able to furnish it. They threaten with jail time, summons papers, court dates, massive amounts of money being owed. The tell you to stop all direct deposit into your bank accounts because your money will be taken. Ask for an original account number, a file number, a case number, etc. They will not be able to furnish these things for you. They will call multiple times in a day, which is completely illegal! Report them otherwise they will keep calling you.
