I was approved for a $8,000 loan from international capital trust. I spoke to Neil Harrison and was told to wire $760 to Barcelona,Spain. And once I wired the money I would receive my loan by noon the next day. Then the next morning I received a call from Steven Parker telling me that I would need to send another $1,000 to secure the loan. So I told him to cancel my loan and send my money back and he told me that I would have to wait til September 1st, 2011 to receive my loan refund. I tried calling international capital trust today and their phone is no longer in service.

International capital trust took $760 of my money. I was told I was approved for a loan and needed to send 4 months payment to secure the loan. I wired the money through western union to Barcelona, Spain. Then the next morning the money was supposed to be deposited in my account. But I received a call from Steven Parker requesting another $1, 000 so I told him to cancel my loan and send my money back. He informed me it would take til september 1st, 2011 to refund my money. But now their phone is no longer in service.
