International Currency DBA: Currency and Coin - This company is a joke and nothing more than used car salesmen. They advertise false or limited items at reduced prices. Bait you in and get you to order, get all your contact info, get your credit card info, and phone number. Then they call you and tell you sorry we ran out of your item, but we think you should buy this instead, it is better than what you ordered. Of course the items they are pushing are over priced and much more expensive. They have the Better Business Bureau symbol on their site to make you think they are legit. When I placed my order, the website confirmed it and I received a confirmation number for my order. Again, a way to make you think you are dealing with a legitimate business. Then you get the call about sorry we ran out and if you question why did you take my order and why did you post the item and offer it, they will tell you "Read our disclaimer". Yet when they put you on hold, all you hear on the phone is about their perfect customer service and how they are the best. In my opinion more false statements to make you think they are legitimate. This so called great company, can run and set up this elaborate web site and claim how professional they are, yet they somehow cannot figure out how to advertise something with a limit number and stop taking orders once their supply is depleted. This is why this is called a "bait and switch". Then they claim it was such a good deal everybody bought it too fast. They even go so far in this scam, what I call a fraud, that they actually send you an email with a confirmation number. Perhaps someone should explain the purpose of a confirmation number and what that means, obviously to this unprofessional business, it is just a joke and a ploy to sucker you in. Perhaps the Texas Attorney General can explain the meaning of "confirmation". I am filing a consumer fraud report with the Texas Attorney General. After several contacts and attempts to get them to honor their agreement and confirmation, I have decided that it is my opinion that this company is practicing unfair business practices and are conducting business in a unfair, bait and switch and dishonest scheme and design, in an attempt to take advantage of consumers. Consumers beware! I would not recommend, endorse or encourage people to do business with this shady and questionable business. If they are willing to do this just to get you to call and place a fake order from them, how can you trust anything you buy from them or trust anything they say. Here is the link to the Texas Attorney General if others have been played or ripped off by this company.
