International master's publishers
International master's publishers IMP IMP knowingly selling a defective product and continues to collect funds from the public Internet, Tennessee
25th of Aug, 2011 by User407660
i recieved an advertisement from imp-international master's publishers in the mail, it was for a recipe card collection. the cards are or shall i say were a nice collection until i noticed a "discrepancy". this recipe card collection is "expensive" i recieve 3 sets approx 26 cards every three weeks, i am being charged 26.80 each time they ship this collection to me. the cards have nice photographs and easy to follow recipes. one day i recieved my shipment and was placing them in the proper catorgory-these cards are filed in different headings or titles and they are numbered, they also have an "index card" so you can easily locate a certain recipe. i noticed i had 2 cards that had the same number, although the heading or title was different and the photograph and the recipe was different too. this would cause a major problem with the sequence of these cards because when you look at the index card you may not find the card you are looking for because it is "misrepresented by the company". it would take forever to find your card. I contacted the imp by phone, the representive mentioned to me that there were are cards that were out of order, so he told me what those card numbers were. I told him that I wanted to cancel my order he said he would put it on hold until my issue was straightened out. today i got rid of them, i canceled the bankdraft and have every intention on restatution. I had this collection for about 6mos now. BUYER BEWARE !!

I just received a package in the mail from this company as well. I have never heard of this company before and I not sent in the gift certificate and shipping and handling fee to receive some free gift package. Should I just send the package back or just ignore the whole thing? On the gift certificate it says, "No Obligation to Buy...No Commitment."
