He never paid for past one years and he wants now to give all the source files for 1000 Rs. and he is getting blackmail to send to him the files otherwise he is telling i can do anything and i can punish you with my political power. this guy is sick and really cheater.
He is doing this work only due to 1000rs which makes no sense.
