Intuit Payment Solutions
Intuit Payment Solutions WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED Mountain View , California
2nd of Jun, 2011 by User906266
Sure wish I had seen all these complaints before signing up with them. Agree with everything that has been said prior: These people are HORRIBLE, RUDE, and clearly answer to no one. There is no point in calling customer 'service' you will be on hold all day and get nowhere, never speak to a human. You may speak to a person ocasionally for 3 seconds before they 'transfer you to the proper dept.' (AKA the old run-around) You can leave messages if you know the persons extension but you will NEVER get a return phone call. Their customer 'service' is clearly DESIGNED to make you give up and go away. Without exaggeration MOST DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET ! Whoever is in charge of customer service needs to be TERMINATED ! Same with sales, all they care about is getting access to your bank account. Once they have that, you can go pound sand. Just vicious ! Oh well, live and learn...so here is what I learned, maybe it will be helpful to some of those ripped off:
From their website(s): What they sell you:
http://intuitpayments.com/iccp_aff?afsrc=1&priorityCode=3969702399&CID=aff_cj_2203897 "Corporate Responsibility & Corporate Governance - Integrity without compromise is Intuit's #1 operating value and it has been since our operating values were formalized in 1993. Bottom line, everyone at the company is accountable for living up to the highest standards of business conduct and ethics." FAIL !!!! NOBODY at this company is responsible OR ethical ! http://about.intuit.com/about_intuit/executives/ (clueless corporate bozos who have no idea what is happening to their customers on a daily basis and couldn't care less) http://about.intuit.com/about_intuit/press_room/contacts/ (I think these numbers will be helpful and I think we should ALL call them as often as possible 24/7) I did some more homework because I see all these complaints but the Credit Card processing industry is full of slimeballs, in my opinion, so who to go with to accept credit cards in my small business? Check this out:
*note - Intuit Payment Solutions does not appear anywhere in the list of the top 20 credit card processors reviewed. so much for being an 'industry leader'.... Sure wish I'd done my homework sooner, but who thinks (or has the time while running a small business) to make a study of credit card processing? Hopefully this will help someone. Bottom line - AVOID INTUIT AT ALL COSTS !

I agree with you. A buyer purchased my items, intuit processed the transacation, I shipped the items, buyer receives the items, calls intuit that she never authorized the transaction. Without even notifying me, intuit tries to withdraw the money from my bank account. I called them and let them know that I have proof that this buyer made the purchase and has received my goods. They did not want to deal with this, they said it was non of their business and that I should take the buyer to court but they will withdraw the money from my account.

If you can, avoid this company. They do not want proof of anything so long as they get their money.
