I ordered a personalized plate on April 12, 2011 for my daughter since i already had one for my son and spent 60 dollars on it. I thought it was perfect for her and i placed the order and they charged my credit card the following day. It is now the end of August and the only time i heard from the company was an email on June 12 2011 stating my order will be shipped in 2-3 days. It still says that and I have been contacting the company by email and phone calls at least 1 to 2 times a week and have yet to hear from them. They are supposed to be a christian based family company and lets just say there is nothing christian about their customer service or company. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a plate on 1/29/12, the money came out of my account on 1/30/12 and I haven't heard anything. The website stated that it would take 6-8 weeks but its been 16 and the website no longer exists. Any suggestions.
