This site looks like a reputable outlet for Ipods it has a verisafe logo and a secure lock sign. The Ipod I received is a fake and does not work. There are no contact details on the site -no phone nos. or email addresses although it talks about it's customer service dept. Parts of the site are written in unitelligible English but the main pages seem genuine and there is no indication that this site is Chinese. It comes at the top of a Google search for Ipod Nano

I purchased an ipod nano 5th generation (in red) 8gb for my daughter from ipodnanoshopp.com. When it came all the packaging details were in Chinese - from a company in Shanghai - so I cannot return the product. The web site made no mention of this, and the site keeps crashing. There was no confirmation email regarding price or date package would be received, and product was obviously fake. Ipos looked ok on the outside but fatter than original nano, hold button was a toggle ie on/off switch and volume was faulty. Steer clear of this site.
