I am filing this report for the public benefit and safety. I used to send my daughter with their after school care program for two months. Every time I went there to pick up my daughter, I always saw the female owner screamed and yelled to her employees like lunatic. Those minor children constantly under this kind of negative and culturally polluted environment. This business need to undergo serious investigation. they even charge additional learning package so-called " smart kinds" package. The content is identical to those students being learned at school. This is serious scam

I am also learned with solid evidence that the female owner Jeniffer Cheng go to her son's school Irvine High School kick and beaten him up. Why the psychopath like Jennifer Cheng is allowed to own and operate the business of this kind. And potentially put numerous kids safety at jeopardy

In addition to the horrible cultural environment, the air quality was extremely terrible every time I was there. The air odor was constantly flew around and made feel physically ill. So many kids health are under serious threat
