I am currently suing this company for breach of contract. promised delivery within 6-8 weeks max in January.
Company made no contact regarding delivery dates after the taking of payment on day of order as promised would happen at time of order.
I instigated all communication.
The company made numerous promises to deliver on certain dates, and broke these promises, without even notifying me of the failure to deliver that particular date.
When questioned, I would receive a sharp response and no information provided, other than alternative dates, which were subsequently broken.
Proceeding these events, the company then refused to assist my enquiries into my order.
And I were given an option: If I did not like it, I could cancel my order but would lose deposit.
I complained in writing after 11 weeks and asked for a delivery or my intention to take matters further.
Immediately after this, I then received an email stating they could not deliver and the cancelling of the agreement. This was without my acceptance, consultation and without any justification having been provided.
THIS WAS AFTER 11 WEEKS OF HOLDING MY MONEY, DAYS OFF WORK TO TAKE SCHEDULED DELIVERIES, NUMEROUS TELEPHONE CALLS AND APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE
