Went to Island Sun Tanning Salon on July 3, 2011 in Stafford NJ with my girlfried who stated this was a great tanning salon. Carmen my girlfriend stated this was not like before and I said wait till after we take a shower in the 5-6 hours recommened to us. I even went in the stand up tan one as well. I paid $42.78 for the inital spray and $22.22 for the stand up for 10 minutes. This company should be sued as we did complain and received a call on her cell stating the money would be refunded. I used my atm debit card and opened a dispute with my bank Wells Fargo Complaint 10703111079 in the full amount of $65.00. Wells Fargo now states I have to get this Salon to credit my debit card after giving my girlfriend a refund the next time she goes there. I watched after 6hours my tan go down the drain in the shower. This is unfair and every time I call there the manager is not there ...I even left my cell number . I wrote as well to the corporate office. I want my account credited as this salon is nothing but a scam. To get a tan a watch it go down the drain is uncalled for. Please get them to credit my account from July 3, 2011. As well I will call Eye Witness News and report this salon as well. My debit card last 4 digits are 5096 which they said would not be disputed. Why is this happening after I paid and did everything that I was instructed to do. This company is fake and I would never recommend it to anyone. My girlfriend Carmen spoke to the Manager as she called her that same day. What can you do for me no where to turn to.
