| First of all, this report has nothing to do with the product of SiSTeR Technologies. The videos that SiSTeR Technologies offers to the automotive dealers offers quality service at an affordable price that can help increase the amount of leads for auto dealers. This report is on the CEO of SiSTeR Technologies, Israel "Oulik" Alpert. Isreal Alpert is from the country of Isreal working as the CEO of SiSTeR Technologies in Dallas, TX on a "Green Card" and speaks multiple languages. Israel's English is hard to understand most of the time. As a former employee of SiSTer Technologies, I was able to see the inside out of the company in the short time I worked there. I enjoyed all my co-workers and respect each one of them and think they are all brilliant and have much to offer. I enjoyed everything about my job, except for the CEO, Israel Alpert. While being employed less than a year, with a company of 1-10 employees I was one of the 4 people get fired withi a 3 month time frame. When I was first hired, the Director Of Operations, warned me that Israel could be a little "animated" at times. I thought it was ok since I get along with just about everyone. Not the case... My observations of Israel Alpert revealed that he is very disrespectful and unprofessional in a work environment. I noticed countless times he would bring people into his office to yell and lecture them all the time. Israel Alpert loves to make people feel stupid. He loves to belittle employees and enjoys raising his voice frequently to employees to prove his points. Israel Alpert is a smart person, but has no ethics toward other people and only cares about whats in it for him. He would read books and try to make his organization practice what he read out of a book. One of his favorite lines, is "Yes, No, Picture, or Number" he thinks these are the only answers that people can give, and when questioning employees in meetings he would expect this from them. Often, Israel would make perverted jokes and think they were funny in the office. Although they were not funny, it made everyone feel uncomforatable like you have to fake laugh just so he wouldn't fire you. He would love to walk around and say "You're fired" in a joking way as well, like he was Donald Trump or something. Israel would try to teach his team sales, but has no clue on tactics and often would get frusterated if sales people were not making outbound calls when he would walk by. (Another reason for him to yell at employees amd cause a hostile work environment.) I could go on and on about each day I was employeed. My last day came without any warning or notice. We were in a simple meeting about VSEO (video search engine optimization). The meeting became heated when he asked the Director of Operations where they would find certain information in the system. The Director of Operations said he would look in "Ops" the internal system. Israel got mad because he answered incorrectly., He wanted him to say the "portal" because that's what the customers use. So a brief heated hostil argument erupted over something so petty. A little later during the meeting Isreal was asking me stuff he learned from his books that had nothing to do with the meeting. Like, "if you're digging yourself in a hole what do you do", then asking me "if we're in kindergarten or something". I looked at him and said, "apparently" he just looked at me and told me to "leave". So I left confused and went home. I got home and texted the Director of Operations to see if he fired me. The Director of Operations reply was , "that's what he told Wendy" our office manager. Anyhow I was completly caught off guard and had no intentions of that being my last day. I loved my job, just not Israel Alpert. I filed unemployment with the Texas Workforce Commission and was denied because SiSTeR Technologies, said i "quit my job". I have a wife including 2 children, no health insurance, and no income. I've been applying and interviewing like crazy to get another position and have yet to land anything in the past two months. Thanks to Israel Alpert, CEO of SiSTer Technologies, I am having to file an appeal with the TWC and struggling to pay my bills since all my emergency cash I had is almost gone. I don't like talking about anyone in a negative manner, however, I have never dealt with someone like Israel Alpert before. Most of the employees there are afraid to say anything to him for fear of losing their paycheck in a bad economy. If you get the chance to get hired with SiSTer Technologies, please BEWARE! The CEO is a nutcase, literally. |
