Scam

This company is a bunch of liars who misrepresent who they are (Dell Support in my case), who use scare tactics (All of your passwords and credit cards have been compromised) and consistently lie to you about getting refunds (4 different people have agreed to refund me different amounts {$50, $150 and $199.99} with no refunds forthcoming. The latest guy I talked with, when I asked him about why the different representatives would lie about the refunds, told me that only HE was authorized to give a refund. I have called all of their numbers including the US Headquarters number only to talk to someone in India. The told me I had a virus that needed fixing immediately , and I fell for it to the tune of $199.99. After "fixing" it I found out I had to pay another $199.99 to fix my other networked computer. I was too afraid not to. Again, I think I am talking to Dell Support all of this time.
I Google ITECHLINE the next day and find similar stories about their misrepresentations (DELL support, Norton support, McFee support, ACER support) and scam. Also got a "F" rating from BBB.
Beware of these guys.
Incidentally, I have Norton 360 and was curious why it would not have identified the virus. Of course, they did not know what virus it was so they suggested we have a three way call with ITECLINE, Norton and me. ITECHLINE refused and would not even give me the name of the virus I supposedly had. And Norton told me that if I actually did have a virus they would have fixed my computer for free.
