Well, As for me computer is a vast subject and there is no end to the knowledge when it comes to computers, well speakin of other technical support providers these guys are fantastic they dont limt their support like others do, and I personally feel $199.99 in not much expensive especially when they provide you a 24/7 support and with many other latest applications which many dont provide support for, well who cares which country or nationality the are from, all wat matters is how they communicate well I fell they are pretty good at it, although some have thier native mother touge influence when speaking english, as we americans have the same problem as newyorkers cant understand the people in the south and the same with the people in south with new yorkers though we all speak english dont we…..and citizens of UK, Scottland, Cannada, Austraila have all diffrent accent and it amazing how these guys provide support to these continents..!!
