| may 1 i played iwon spin2win which i have been doing for over 2 years every morning ..i am a retired senior so i enjoy the games..i than continued to hit for 25.00 over 16 times which i found kind of strange as i have never gotten anything on this game..i than tried to claim prizes which would not let me as i needed to download a pfd..which i tried to do..it came up as media smart movies etc ..i have no knowledge of computers and did not know how to use..i contacted iwon and was advised that there was a glitch in their system which i found to be kind of funny as i checked out the winners and there was many people who won ..due to this my confirms were invalid but i would get 25.00 consulation prize which i was sent to confirm this to get the 25.00 ..did this company not get that i had no knowledge of this pfd and how to use ..due to me not winning anything according to them..why do i need to claim ..this is consulation prize..why was this not sent to me..i e-mailed them again ..advising again could not claim as i did not have the knowledge to do ..if i had to do this could someone explain how ..i did not hear from them ..i have won on another game that i play and was sent a e-mail that i won and recieved my prize of 100.00 ..i feel this was ignored to keep me from getting anything ..this was their glitch not mine ..i feel it is not fair..if this is how they treat people ..it is not a good thing .. |

I also have played iwon every morning, for some 8 years ("Text Twist" vocab game is my Internet addiction) and I wlll confirm similar problems.
I chatted online on iwon site with person who said their sister had hit /won $25 sixteen (16) times in one day.!
But my own complaint is this, re "bait & switch"--I won $100 practically just spinning a certain random game wheel in the 2nd week I started playing on this site, but have never won even a T-shir or $5 prize since. again in over 8 years and scores of thousands of spins. Even worse in another sense is the fact that in all these years of spinning another " Jackpot" wheel--which only has THREE (3) spots to land on--yet in all these MANY 1000s of times, I ALWAYS, only land on the same spot (= "Sorry"), never even the "Try Again" spot. This says to me that this Jackpot is all but stuck in one position.
I have twice sought response from iwon about this problem/glitch/ reip=off (?) and they simply say their prize operations are run by a separate company, whose name they will not divulge, so I cannot contact them.
Of course, the only thing about all of this is, it is totally free and voluntary to play. t doesn't cost me anything but time. However, all of my clicks on the site over 8 years or so have added t the company's value, so--where's the value the reasonable, occasional payoff? |

I also like to play at iwon.com, Iwas playing the spin game aswell, when my grandchild was telling me that I would not win anything from this site, because I got the play for free. Just then I hit the $1, 000, and then the next spin I hit the $1, 000, and the last spin I hit the $500.00 I did not know how to get my money, and still don't. iwon will not E-Mail me back or anything. I'am ready to write the "BBB" Please let me know if you could point me in the right path. Thank you E.McVey
