On February 25, 2011, I received an email telling me my free trial was about to expire. I replied immediately to that email requesting cancellation. I use a service called READNOTIFY.COM and it notified me the email was received and opened.

On March 10, 2011, eVoice took $12.95 from my bank account. I immediately contacted them at [email protected]. I received a reply they could not locate my account! This was with their email to me as part of the string!!!

I have spent 5 days trying to get them to refund the $12.95. Today, I received this reply which I am cutting and pasting....the italics and bold are mine.
