DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! They tell you they are short-sale specialists and will help you. They then get you to sign over your deed to them as a gift. They then have the property in their name (Reconveyance Trustee LLC is their main name) and rent it out. In the meantime, you are still responsible for the mortgage!!!!! Fidelity Keegan is owned by Michael and Denise Fischer. The realtors are Eric Wolfe and Jackalyn Bashara Bryant. Neither realtor has an active real estate license and both are under investigation. Their notary of choice is Brian De Den who has recently fled to Lima, Peru. The MLS numbers they use for their listings are even frauds! They live in the luxury of stolen income properties. They don't pay taxes, associations, transfer fees, repair costs - nothing. They use stolen identities and all sorts of fraudulent names. They threaten people. They are nothing but a bunch of frauds. The clock is ticking. It's just a matter of time. The good news is they're getting nervous - or at least Brian De Den is! He was seen at the Fidelity Keegan office in Fullerton just a couple of months ago. Have a nice vacation in Peru, Brian! You have to come back sometime.
