Jack Ray got paid in full but never finished the paint job on his church, He got the money to paint the parsonage up front to buy the paint "to take advantage of a sale on paint" to start on that project as soon as weather allowed, guess what, the paint is gone, and the parsonage never got painted. recieved all the money for painting the museum but never finished that job either. ( check out the north side) He can quote a lot of "high profile" jobs around town, while never telling you about who he has ripped off. He gets very frustrated with the homeowners and will badmouth them around town, even has been accused of leaving messages on their phone calling them names. He takes forever to get a job done because he comes up with every excuse in the book not to work a full day.
