Jahan S. Blackshear is a fraud. He will borrow money from you and not pay it back! He has a so called computer service based on the internet called The Computer Club. That is part of how he gains your trust, that he is a man about to start a business and the website is under construction etc. Ten months later it is still under construction. This is only part of the scam! He also claims to be an independent insurance adjuster and will file an insurance claim for you! In reality he works for a insect extermination company or at least he did. His plan was to go to customer's homes and gather information and see if they had a computer or if they needed to file an insurance claim. He would check for damages especially from Hurricane IKE. Then he would tell them he knows someone who can help them with their computer or their insurance claim! I believe that all he was doing was trying to collect information to scam the people out of money or to have someone rob them! I loaned this guy $250 and he paid me back but when I loaned him $610 he disappeared! He gave me a song and dance about how he needed to pay a deposit for an apartment and some other expenses. He borrowed a smaller amount paid it back and then borrowed a bigger amount and then disappeared. I realize now why he would come in at the last minute that he had to have the money now or he couldn't get his apartment, etc. It was to put me on the spot and I would have to help him immediately! I will never loan anyone any money again! This guy also filed a claim with the VA for PTSD because he was in Somalia. He claimed he was under a mortar attack. I doubt that he was under attack! He also told me that he received a court martial in the Army! That is another red flag even though he said he was found innocent! Anyone who gets a court martial has done something seriously wrong! I don't believe anything this guy claims! I met him while we were in a veteran's program. He was homeless but working and I felt bad for him! I should have never let him stay with me! I gave him a place to stay and gave him food! He took my kindness for weakness! Also he claimed to have three children and so forth! I tried to help him but he is nothing but a liar and a thief! Do not trust this man! He is a manipulative sociopath and is only concerned about himself! Any business this guy has is a scam! Do not loan him any money or let him stay with you!
