I was dealing with James Tindell back in Jan 2009. I had a medical condition that did not allow me to follow up. He occupied space of mine and was promoting himself as a licensed broker. I had to reinburse people as he was using my name as a front. He took off and left many of his business belongings. I had women show up that he found on internet dating sites who had given him thousands of dollars.
I did harvest the emails from his computer and tried to contact other women and others as to warn them. So far no one has contacted me back. Since then I have learned he was sentenced down in the Virgin Islands to 4 years for stock fraud. More details are available at and by searching with his name on Google. In checking with folks down in V.I. he is getting money from a woman still in Atlanta Georgia and intends to return once he is released. While my details are late they at least identify where Tindell is located at this time. V.I. does not release that much information in regards to the person in jail for reasons that I cannot explain.
