In January of this year the mother of my two kids was choked out by her boyfriend in the presence of my Daughter and Son. Vivian is three years old and Gavin is two. Their mother and I applied for orders of protection for the kids and their mother in both the LasVegas Justice Court and The Eighth District Court.. The courts denied the applications for protection stating in their orders the events that occurred did not reach a standard required to issue orders of protection in Nevada. The day after the District court gave this ruling the Department of Family Services based upon our applications with the courts for protection of the children and their mother placed our children into protective custody ordered by jane femiano.. mother had full custody of the kids at the time. Department of Family Services placed our children intoa pre arranged adoptive placement. When I tried to claim the kids I was told no because at the time my kids were taken into custody I did not have custody. My mother was told she couldnâ€™t take the kids because she is too old. My sister was told she couldnâ€™t take the kids due to the fact she is a diabetic and Darren my brother lives out of state and due to that fact he couldnâ€™t be considered for placement of my children. jane femiano who placed this p/c order at the same time put a no contact order on myself. I went over One Hundred and thirty days without seeing my children. the statutes require a petition as well as a summons be issued to sieze children unless there is a imminant threat to the kids. none of these requirements were fullfilled. Ten thousand dollars to anyone who can show this is not the case.Jane femiano is in my opinion a nazi whom is really the chief prosecutor . She ignors state statute ,evidence as well as procedure and court rules in order to obtain federal dollars from abuse neglect cases.Her corruptroom is not subject to scrutiny due to child privacy laws.A traitorof our country as well as the amercan legal system it is a tradgedy.
