Money taken but item never sent

I attempted to purchase a had to come by collectable figure from Japan to You (www.japtou.com). This was on 22 July 14. The first thing that was off is I received no confirmation email from the company but the transaction showed in my paypal account. I tried to get them to send me a confirmation via their email
[email protected] but with no success. No Im a frequent buyer of overseas collectables and the website stated that the delivery time would be a long one (at least two weeks) but as time ticked by I still received neither confrmation nor a shipping email.

Getting onto my account transactions on the site lists my order as denied even though my payment was sent via paypal, so they have my money but I have no figure. Unfortunately a sudden and lengthy hospital stay kept me from staying on top of this, its now 10 Sept 14 and Ive still neither received my item or a refund. In fact Ive gotten nothing from this company at all but silence and grief. I recommend never doing business with them and warning all collectors out there to do the same.
