Jaxjade provides all the Classic TV series I’ve been looking for ages. I recently purchased The Gunsmoke set last August of this year. The shipping time was superb because they delivered my DVDs on time. When I opened the boxset, the DVD cases were broken. I checked all of the discs on my DVD players to see if it is also damaged and luckily, it’s all fully working. Regarding the quality of the whole set, it’s not fully great like a high-def quality which we have seen nowadays. But it’s totally acceptable because all of the discs are entirely watchable and with clearer sounds. On the other hand, I’m not fully satisfied with the broken DVD cases I received so I address this concern to jaxjade.com. A customer representative replied back to my email after a few hours. He asked for my desired shipping address and they replaced the damaged DVD cases immediately. It arrived within a week.
