Mr McPike owes for landscaping work done on rental properties he manages/owns. He refuses to pay and makes it sound like he's the victim! Do not rent property from this man! He has been reported to Indiana AG's office and that complaint will be forwarded to the Indiana Real Estate Commission. If you see a rental listing for "thatguyjeff.com", be forwarned!

The person that wrote this "Bill" was a neighbor of a property that mowed a duplex for us with the agreement to mow it 3 times. We notcied he only cut the property twice and actually collected "in cash" from the tenants that lived there - trying to scam all of us. He was caught in his lies by all parties involved and like all criminals caught in the act, introduced us to a new language that I cannot repeat due to young ears could be reading this. A check was given to "Bill" for the balance that was due him and it cleared our bank on 7/6/11. He has been paid in full.
