Jeff Wyler Auto Mall Admits unable to repair new unsafe vheicle will not exchange or take back Springfield, Ohio

New 2013 Chrysler Town & Country - Purchased November, 2013 $38,000 - Automatic HVAC intermittently malfunctions on all driver side vents blowing cold outside air only - Driver experiences in cold weather, cold air that is numbing, burning and stinging on the driver. Glass fogs and will not clear while cold air is blowing. Jeff Wyler had in repair for four failed attempts over 7 days. Jeff Wyler's Service advisor, Service and GeneralManager all told me that Chrysler is aware of the probem but there is currently no fix but engineers are working on it. I demanded a different vheicle or a return of my money. Jeff Wyler's people told me no and that they will not lose thousands because of Cryslers problem - Chrysler's field representative also told me Chrysler is aware of this defect and is working on it and will notify me as soon as there is a fix and also refused to take back my new defective unsafe Town & Country.
