By invitation of Jenkins Hyundai I drove my 2004 Hyundai 350xg 350L to the dealership for an oil change and to look at the 2011 Hyundai Elantra, The sales man wrote up an order with an offer of $2000.00 trade value of my car. I refused as they had sent me a flyer of over $ 8000.00 trade value. The sales person sat down with me & my wife and a go between started to take a offer paper to the owner ,who was at a desk about 50 feet away.A new paper offer was sent back and forth for nearly two hours,then I was asked to give them my credit card to hold as my showing faith that I woul purchase the car.I coplyed along with giving my SS card,driving license both mine and my wifes. I am 85 yrs of age and have too much trust. The sticker price was over $24000.00, we ended up owing the bank over $ 24000.00,giving my car plus a check for $2000.00, After a few days I found out the car was selling at other dealers for $ 17000.00,I went to talk with Mr, Don Jenkins and explained our frustration and he said he wound put me into a better car the Sonata at the same price. We agreed and ended up paying $27157.38 , owing the bank $25593.76, and giving my trade in and an additional check for $350.00, I later found the sticker price in the glove compartment, the price was total price of $ 20,915.00, I then relized we had been scammed,the papers had been padded with items that was not necessary and some items I had paid twice for. The worse part is when they wear you down with the go between throwing figures at you for two hours and you end up agreeing to anything.

2 hours of paper play? That makes no sense. Why would the dealer or you haggle for two hours? What's obvious is you have buyers remorse.
